Order Amending Schedules 2 and 3 to the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (Flavours) and Standards for Vaping Products' Sensory Attributes Regulations  “The amended order and regulations will establish restrictions on the use of flavours in vaping products. The promotion of flavours will be restricted to tobacco or mint/menthol. The use of all sugars and sweeteners as well as flavouring ingredients, with limited exceptions, will also be prohibited in the manufacture of vaping products. This morning we received notice from The Juice Punk that they will be closing operations this month. TJP Labs has been an active part of the Canadian vape industry from the very early days. Stacey has fond memories of first meeting their team at the 2016 vape conference and trade show in Toronto. The ever evolving regulatory frame work in Canada has pushed out many smaller manufactures and it's sad to see the loss of such a well established independent brand. We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavours.
