Winter 2021 Hours - now open later (and always open online)

We take comfort in the little things, shifts towards a world that look more like 2019, indicators or ordinary life. What's more ordinary than hours of business? Not much, that should be pretty boring news. Yet, everytime we are able to increase our hours, feels like a major victory. We still aren't quite back to our pre-COVID-19 hours of operations but you will find Thunderbird Vapes open later 4 days a week. 

Hours as of Feb 1, 2021

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 10am - 7pm

Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 10am - 8pm

Sundays: 11am - 6pm

We continue to monitor our open hours, services, and the traffic through our door. Customer feedback is welcomed and one of the best ways for us to know how best serve you! Our Hours page always has the most up to date changes along with special holiday hours for the year. 

One of the most significant changes we've seen is the increased use of our In Store Pick Up options.This feature was added to our website in January 2020 and has become a popular option for regulars and new customers alike. Online shopping is available 24/7 and processed quickly.

Overnite orders are generally ready for pick up by 11am next day, while orders placed during business hours are often ready in less than an hour. When your order is processed you will receive a "Ready For Pick Up" notice.  If you selected In Store Payment, please keep in mind that there is a 2 to 5 minute delay between our website and in store terminals. This means that, if you are doing your shopping at No Frills when you get the pick up notice, by the time you make it to Thunderbird Vapes, the transaction will be ready and waiting.
