With BC's strict e-liquid volume regulations, Canada's West Coast misses out on many of the new vape products to hit the market. Luckily, we are now seeing clever designs in disposable and pre-filled pod vape systems. 

Disposables with Refill Containers

Elf Bar, Flavour Beast and Sikary have released disposable vape systems that come with "refill containers". These pre-filled containers range from 10ml to 15ml and snap onto the vaping device. Once installed they refill the devices 2ml reservoir automatically. This essentially makes the 2ml disposable vape a 12ml to 15ml disposable!

The Flavour Beast HYDRA claims up to 18,000 puffs. With 2ml + 13ml Refill Canister it is currently BC's largest compliant disposable. They come out late in 2024 with 10 of Flavour Beast's top selling flavours and have another 10 flavours joining the menu for February 2025. 

While customers have taken well to the HYDRA one needs to take care in the initial set up of the device. Two red caps must be removed prior to assembling the device. To avoid spilling any liquid, make sure that the refill canister stays parallel to the ground until the device is snapped securely on. 

The ELF BAR AF2K comes with a 10ml bottle with twist cap. Once the refill container's lid is removed the canister slides onto the main device and locks into position. The assembly is easy and mess free. The Elf Bar AF12K provides up to 12,000 puffs and offers some new flavours to Elf Bar - Miami Mint is bound to be a new top seller among mint fans!

Sikary S6000 is the newest disposable brand to release a BC disposable with refill reservoir. While the brand name may not have the same cache in British Columbia as Elf Bar and Flavour Beast, Silary has a strong following overseas. Their 600 puff Crystal Bars were wildly popular before the arrival of 1000 puff 2ml disposable vapes. The Sikary S6000 comes with a 2ml device with 10ml refill container. We've found it the easiest yet to put together. With less puffs than their competitors, the Sikary disposable has 6000 puff but also costs less than the ELFBAR and Flavour Beast rechargeable disposables. 

Focused on 5 crowd pleasing flavours, Sikary S6000 is a good contender for customers looking for high puff counts on a budget.
