We are searching for a new team member at Thunderbird Vapes! Leaders in the industry in Vancouver for over 10 years, we are seeking a part-time sales associates at our retail location. A bright and welcoming personality needed, with a basic understanding of vape hardware and e-liquids. Wage negotiable. Legal vaping age (19+).
Job Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by helping them select products best for their needs
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner
- Answer customer questions and find the best solutions for their needs
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Process transactions with the in-store POS system
- Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Assist with packing and shipping online orders
- Maintain cleanliness standards to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy during these times
- Follow all regional, provincial and federal guidelines for the sale of products
Qualifications:
- Great listening skills
- Selling to customer needs
- Punctual
- Dependable
- Ability to communicate well
Experience Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of vape hardware and liquid
- Retail experience a bonus
Part-time hours: 12-25 per week
Salary: $17.85 - $20.00 per hour
