BC Restart Phase 3 & What to Expect at Thunderbird Vapes July 02 2021

Having entered Phase 3 of BC's Restart program we see that many of our customers have different comfort levels and expectations about this transition period. As such, we are taking this opportunity to let our regulars know what to expect when visiting Thunderbird Vapes in the coming weeks.


Please Wear a Mask

As our staff, and most of our customers, have yet to receive their second dose we are requesting that all customers continue to wear a mask. As a courtesy to our staff, please put on your mask before entering the store. If you don not have a mask, please ask us for a disposable mask.


Our mask policy will be reviewed and updated as more people receive their second doses.


Maximum Capacity

We have removed the limit on customers in the shop. If the shop is busy to accommodate social distancing, please wait outside. We do ask that, if the shop gets busy during your visit, any extra members of your group wait outside.


Physical Barriers & Social Distancing

Please continue to observe social distancing while in the store. Menu tables and payment station with Plexi shield will remain in place throughout July. If a customer is at the black Menu Tables when you enter, please remain behind the black tape until they move to the payment desk. There is a QR code on the wall to preview menus while you wait.

  • Menu tables – max 1 customer/couple

  • Payment/ Pick Up desk – max 1 customer/couple


Other Measure

While some of our customers are eager to get their masks off and be social again, others have much more trepidation about the relaxing of restrictions. Please be respectful that those around you may have different comfort levels.

  • In Store Pick Up

  • Local Delivery (Same Day if placed before 1pm)

  • Sanitizer by menus and payment desk
